This beautiful in-studio newborn session was filled with so much joy and love. Mom, dad, and big sister came to my natural light studio in Columbus, GA to celebrate the arrival of their sweet baby boy—and every moment was full of warmth.

Big sister was absolutely bursting with energy and excitement. She was so proud of her new role and kept talking about turning three soon! We made sure to let her personality shine with a few solo portraits just for her. These little in-between moments with siblings always end up being some of my favorites—because they’re real, full of life, and full of love.

My newborn sessions are designed to be calm, baby-led, and completely stress-free for parents. I gently guide families through the session so they can relax, knowing I’ll capture everything from connection-filled family portraits to the tiniest details like curled fingers, fuzzy hair, and baby toes. Those little features change so quickly, and I love making sure they’re remembered.

This family was referred by another sweet client of mine, and I’m always honored when someone trusts me with their loved ones. Creating a space where families can feel comfortable and cared for—especially during such a special time—is at the heart of what I do.
